Before you book
What counts as late?
If I arrive after the pickup time we confirmed on WhatsApp, I'm late, and your next one-way transfer is free.
Are toll charges included?
Yes. The fare you see covers tolls on the route.
Which hours count as midnight pickup?
Any pickup from 12:00am to 5:59am. The form adds it automatically when you pick the time.
Do I need Meet & Greet?
It's for airport pickups. I wait at the arrival hall with your name board instead of meeting you at the kerb. Useful for first-time visitors, elderly parents or guests you're hosting.
Which car will I get?
The booking form picks it from your passengers and bags. Up to 3 people with one check-in suitcase fits the sedan. Four people with two suitcases, or six people with no luggage, needs the MPV. Six people with six bags needs the MPV plus a second car. You can always ask for the MPV.
Why don't you show a price list?
Because your price depends on your car, the time and any extras. The form works it out as you fill it in, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Can I get an official receipt?
Yes. Tick the official receipt box in the form and add your company name.
